    Your e-mail and role when you join the waitlist, messages sent through the contact form, and — when you use the app — meeting audio, transcripts and summaries as described on the "Your data" page.

    Sending invites and launch news (consent), providing the service (contract) and keeping it secure (legitimate interest).

  3. 3.AI model training

    Meeting data is never used for training unless you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.

  4. 4.Retention

    Audio within 30 days; waitlist data when you unsubscribe or 24 months after launch.

  5. 5.Your rights

    Access, correct, delete, port, object or withdraw consent at [DPO email]; you may also complain to Thailand's PDPC.
